Nusantara Cultural Parade Enlivens Cimahi's 25th Anniversary, FK MABES Reaffirms Commitment to Indonesia's National Unity

Cimahi, June 27, 2026 – The 25th Anniversary Celebration of the City of Cimahi was marked by a vibrant display of Indonesia's rich cultural diversity at the Gunung Bohong Shooting Range, Cimahi City. Held under the theme "The Diversity of National Cultures through the Nusantara Cultural Parade," the event brought together a remarkable showcase of traditional arts and cultural heritage from across the Indonesian archipelago.
The celebration featured cultural performances representing various regions of Indonesia, including Sundanese, Madurese, Balinese, Manadonese, Chinese-Indonesian, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), and many other ethnic traditions. The participation of numerous cultural communities symbolized Indonesia's enduring spirit of "Unity in Diversity" (Bhinneka Tunggal Ika) while strengthening solidarity and mutual respect among the nation's diverse ethnic groups.
The festivities were further enhanced through collaboration with Indonesia's national private television network, RCTI, which entertained thousands of attendees with performances by renowned Indonesian artists.
Among the organizations participating in the cultural parade was the Forum Komunikasi Madura Bersatu (FK MABES). During an interview, Muhammad Nasir, Chairman of the Central Executive Board (DPP) of FK MABES, explained that the organization has been established for four years and continues to expand its presence across various regions of Indonesia.
He also noted that the FK MABES West Java Regional Secretariat is located on Ciganitri Street, Bandung Regency. In addition to strengthening fellowship among the Madurese community, the organization actively carries out social and religious programs, including weekly Islamic study gatherings and various community service initiatives.
Meanwhile, Retired Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) Officer Dwi Wahyu Handono, Chairman of the West Java Regional Executive Board (DPW) of FK MABES, stated that the organization's participation in Cimahi's 25th Anniversary celebration reflects its commitment to promoting national unity through the preservation of Indonesia's diverse cultural heritage.

FK MABES also announced that its organizational structure throughout West Java has been fully established and is actively carrying out its programs and organizational activities.
