IKA SMAK BPPK Bandung 2026 Touring Strengthens Alumni Bonds Through "Ride Together, Share & Care" Spirit

Bandung, iNet99.id – The Alumni Association (IKA) of SMAK BPPK Bandung will hold its 2026 touring event, titled "The Great Ebod Jaya," on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at The Great Ebod Jaya in Cimaung, Banjaran, Bandung Regency. The event is designed to strengthen alumni ties, foster solidarity, and reinforce a sense of unity among graduates from different generations.
Chairman of the Organizing Committee, Fredy Siswadi, A.Md., said the event carries the slogan "Ride Together, Share & Care, Forever Alumni," reflecting the enduring spirit of friendship and brotherhood within the IKA SMAK BPPK Bandung community.
"This is more than just a touring activity. It serves as a platform to strengthen family bonds, enhance communication among alumni across generations, and promote social responsibility toward the community," Fredy said.
According to Fredy, the organizing committee has officially submitted a notification and visit request to H. J. Ebod, owner of The Great Ebod Jaya, through an official letter numbered 009/Touring/IKA-SMAK-BPPK/VII/2026.
The letter states that the alumni group will visit the venue on Saturday, July 18, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (WIB). The visit aims to strengthen alumni fellowship while enjoying the tourism destination, with all participants committed to maintaining cleanliness, public order, and compliance with the site's regulations.
IKA SMAK BPPK Bandung Chairman Johnlog Hower Litbagay emphasized that the touring event is one of the association's key programs to reinforce alumni unity.
"This touring program is an opportunity to strengthen fellowship, deepen our sense of brotherhood, and preserve togetherness among all SMAK BPPK Bandung alumni. We hope this initiative will continue as an annual tradition," he said.
IKA Secretary Ira Zega expressed hope that the event would further strengthen family relationships while providing an opportunity for alumni to exchange experiences and build stronger networks.
Meanwhile, IKA Treasurer Jane emphasized that the event is open to all alumni, regardless of their graduating year.
"Through this touring event, we aim to build stronger solidarity so that every alumnus continues to feel like an integral part of the SMAK BPPK Bandung family," she said.
The touring convoy will depart from SMAK BPPK Bandung, located on Jalan Kebonjati No. 108, Bandung, and travel through Jalan Sudirman, Cimindi, Leuwigajah, Nanjung, Soreang, Banjaran, before arriving at The Great Ebod Jaya in Cimaung.
The journey is expected to take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic conditions. Throughout the trip, participants are required to follow instructions from the Road Captain and Marshals, maintain safe riding distances, obey traffic regulations, and refrain from overtaking the convoy without permission from the organizing committee.
In addition to the touring activity, the committee will conduct a community service program by distributing food assistance packages to local residents near the venue as part of the alumni association's commitment to social responsibility.
The event agenda includes participant registration, a group photo session, the touring ride to the destination, the social service program, the opening ceremony, remarks by the Chairman of IKA SMAK BPPK Bandung, the Organizing Committee Chairman's report, remarks by H. J. Ebod, a lunch break, team-building games, another group photo session, and the return journey to Bandung.
Under the theme "Ride Together, Share & Care, Forever Alumni," IKA SMAK BPPK Bandung hopes the event will strengthen alumni relationships, reinforce the spirit of family and unity, and create a meaningful positive impact on the surrounding community through its social initiatives.
